You’re planning to do a trek with children, what advice can we give ? So that the trip goes in the best conditions, we found it is best to respect the following tips.
The child must have some physical capacity. Before the age of 7, it is therefore preferable to favor star trekking over short distances (about 1 km per year) rather than an itinerant trek. After this age, it is possible to make easy treks if the children are dynamic. At the age of 12, they can follow the rhythm of adults (obviously at equivalent training).
