Discovery of Uzbekistan – the video summary

As usual, after the detail day by day we’ve written in the past weeks, here is a small video summary of our discovery of Uzbekistan in about a minute:

We only stayed there for five days. Unfortunately, we did not have more time on this period. However, this gives you a good overview of a half-cultural, half-hiking circuit. As a reminder, this stay was constructed as follows:

• Arrival in Tashkent and transfer to the mountains for a short hike
• Transfer to Bukhara with some cultural stops along the way
• Visit of Bukhara, then transfer to Samarcade, second big city of the silk road
• And finally, visit of Tashkent, the capital

Somethings we have not filmed. Indeed, we found different points in common with Kyrgyzstan, namely:

• Excellent food. For gourmets, however, there is no dessert. As often in Asia. But vodka is here to celebrate.
• The kindness of people. Whether in the mountains or in our guesthouses. Even if, sometimes, the language barrier has hampered our exchanges a little.
