We are now the seventh of september 2019 and this is the day marking the end of the trek to Song Kol. We enjoy a few moments of the beautiful morning landscape before leaving our yurt.
The path is wide and gently sloping. It is therefore with ease that we progress. After a few hours, we meet a mixed group of riders and walkers with whom we exchange a few words. They tell us that our driver is already waiting for us. He offers us a hot coffee, then we take the road towards Kochkor.
Along the way, we have the opportunity to enjoy these mountains one last time. In the same way, we notice the beauty of the cemeteries. Indeed, they are filled with richly decorated little mausoleums. We end up stopping near one of them, the time to appreciate its richness. Then comes the lunch break. Our driver then invites us to eat at his place when we are in Bishkek. We accept with pleasure. We arrive safely at Kochkor, where after a brief visit to a souvenir shop, we return to our guest house for the night.
